Join us as Terri Burney-Bisett of Casinada Cooks! prepares catfish smoked indoors on top of the stove! This favorite gets served with Tomatillo Sauce, CasiNada Rice cooked with tomatoes and green chilies, and Zesty Orange & Red Onion Salad. For dessert, we'll savor Mango Dream.



June 19th, Thursday 6:00 - 9:00PM "Chillin' & Grillin'" - $75.00

Chef Christopher Stonesifer invites all the MEN (and anyone else) who love grilling under the blue summer Texas skies! Learn the finest wood smoking and grilling techniques and create dishes like St. Louis Style Baby Back Ribs with Cherry Coke Glaze, Cedar Planked Wild King Salmon with Jerk Spice and Mango Salsa, Fredericksburg Peach Cobbler with Homemade Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. More mouth-watering summer dishes accompany this class.


June 26th, Thursday 6:00 - 9:00PM "Kitchen Essentials" - $45.00

Come join in the fun with Bren & Janet as they teach you how to set up your kitchen with the most essential kitchen gadgets and equipment. You will create a meal  as you experience the tools of the teaching kitchen. 


Reservation Information

All classes are held in Kiss The Cook's Teaching Kitchen located in Boerne, Texas. Class participants must be 18 or older, unless otherwise noted. Classes include recipes, demonstrations and sample tastings. Evening classes include wine tastings. Please limit your consumption to items served in class.

Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. If classes are full, your name will be added to our waiting list. To avoid being charged the full price of the class, cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance.
