Terri Burney-Bisett of Casinada Cooks! will teach you how to make Tri-Tip Roast Beef in a flash! Serve it with a dollop of Horseradish Sauce made from Homemade Creme Fraiche, Artichoke Lemon Soup, and Potato Salad with Olive Oil Herb Vinaigrette. Then smile demurely as you receive rave reviews! March 27th, Thursday, 6:00 - 9:00PM "Desperate Housewives Dining Delights" - $45.00

Come share in the fun with Bren and Janet for this hands on class and discover what those "desperate housewives" EAT as they gossip around the kitchen table. You'll prepare Bree's favorite dessert, Gabby's "hot" appetizer, Susan's store bought rolls and tasty cocktail, and Lynette's homemade casserole.


April 10th, Thursday, 6:00 - 9:00PM "Easy Elegant Dinner" - $55.00

Wow your guests with this easy to execute dinner of Roast Rack of Lamb, Minted Peas, and Baked Potato Soup. Pears Poached in White Wine completes the feast. Join us as Terri Burney-Bisett of Casinada Cooks! teaches the sumptious meal.

All classes are held in Kiss The Cook's Teaching Kitchen located in Boerne, Texas. Class participants must be 18 or older, unless otherwise noted. Classes include recipes, demonstrations and sample tastings. Evening classes include wine tastings. Please limit your consumption to items served in class.

Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. If classes are full, your name will be added to our waiting list. To avoid being charged the full price of the class, cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance.

Kiss The Cook reserves the right to cancel a class for any reason and/or if the number of participants registered has not met the minimum required number three days before the class. A credit for a future class or a full refund will be given to registered participants if Kiss The Cook cancels a class.
