Chris has been featured on the Food Network "Cooking Camps" and received his Certificat de Practique de la Cuisine Francaise from the Hotel Sofitel School of French Culinary Skills graduating with honors. He then went on to receive a Masterworks Degree from the Culinary Institute of America in Napa. .

Terri Burney-Bisett of Casinada Cooks! will teach you how to make your own home-made pasta. Class begins as you serve yourself a Leafy Green Salad with Vinaigrette as the pasta demonstration begins. She’ll make the dough, roll it into sheets, fill and cut the dough into ravioli - Then it’s your turn. Pair up with a friend, or try it on your own using one of the hand crank pasta rolling machines and all the supplies you need, including two different fillings - Spinach Pesto and Sausage with Bell Peppers & Onion. Our ravioli gets cooked in class and topped with a Simple Tomato Sauce for all to enjoy. You get all the recipes and hands-on experience to make your own ravioli at home.

Join Bren & Janet in a hands on class that has Chocolate in every recipe. By the time you leave you will be in Cocoa overload. Fun and laughter are always included in these classes.

 All classes are held in Kiss The Cook's Teaching Kitchen located in Boerne, Texas. Class participants must be 18 or older, unless otherwise noted. Classes include recipes, demonstrations and sample tastings. Evening classes include wine tastings. Please limit your consumption to items served in class.

Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. If classes are full, your name will be added to our waiting list. To avoid being charged the full price of the class, cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance.

Kiss The Cook reserves the right to cancel a class for any reason and/or if the number of participants registered has not met the minimum required number three days before the class. A credit for a future class or a full refund will be given to registered participants if Kiss The Cook cancels a class.
