When you place an order with us, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, and e-mail address. We consider this information to be private, and we keep this information on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, administering our site, notifying you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you (only if you selected to be included on our mailing list). We only ship to the United States and its territories. All orders will be shipped within 7-10 days. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Next Day and 2nd Day Air Contact Us for shipping charges.

If, for any reason, you need to return an item that you have purchased from Kiss The Cook, please contact us directly at (512) 847-1553 or via e-mail. Returns must be made within 30 days for an exchange, store credit or refund with proof of purchase and original packaging. Refunds will be credited back to the original card used to purchase the item. Merchandise without a receipt will receive a store credit. For your protection, returns must be shipped prepaid and insured, via USPS or UPS. We will replace any item damaged in shipment and pay for pickup and return shipping.
